About Mana Soul

I am Sophie. I was born in the South of France, where I grew up surrounded by quality produce and vibrant flavours. Since I was a child, I have always loved cooking and the art of decorating plates for my family & friends.

 

Before moving to Australia 7 years ago, I spent 6 years living in Tahiti, where I fell in love with the culture, nature and the unique flavours of this paradise. 

In many Pacific cultures, "Mana" represents spiritual energy, healing power, and life force.​

Mana Soul is the result of my Love for delicious & nourishing food, travel, my attention for wellness & spirituality, and the pleasure to give pleasure with wholesome meals .
